Handling:
There is a $2 handling fee charged on each order processed in addition to the shipping rate above.
Shipping methods & delivery times:
Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service(USPS) within 2 business days of order receipt. Gemini Dreams offers the following shipping methods:
US, territories & APO/FPO
- USA, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands - USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 2 - 5 days.
- US territories and overseas military (APO/AE/FPO) - USPS Priority Mail (with delivery confirmation where available). Estimated delivery time is 3 - 7 days.
International - Estimated delivery times are barring any unexpected delays in customs. Buyer is responsible for any applicable customs fees/duties - please check with your local customs office for more details.
* Customs Clearance
Customs delays are rare, but do happen on occassion and can significantly impact the amount of time it takes for international orders to be delivered. Please understand that we have NO control over how long your local customs office will take to clear your package for delivery. Returns:
Any item still in the original/unused condition received may be returned for a refund or store credit by following the steps below:
- Simply log in to your account and fill out our online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request form within 30 days of receiving your order.
- You will receive an email reply with return shipping instructions. Do not mail returns before receiving these instructions. Returns received without an RMA request will be refused.
- Returns must be shipped within 7 days after your RMA is issued.
- All non-defective product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, credit will be issued for the purchase price minus any applicable restocking fee.
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
